Bernard C. Dubois - CEO and President - Bernard has over 20 years of experience in the sub-fractional motor and electromechanical switch industries, and has been instrumental in leading the Company's market and financial growth.  He has a BS, MS, and PhD from Bordeaux University.  He was previously employed at Eastern Air Device, Simplex Wire & Cable and Coflexip where he held leadership positions in strategic planning, manufacturing, and sales and marketing.

Joseph G. Franco - Vice President of Finance - Joseph has been with the Company for over 24 years and is responsible for all financial and administrative aspects of the Company.  He has as BBA from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and is a CPA.  He was previously employed at Ernst & Young and KPMG as an audit manager.

Keith J. Kowalski - Vice President of Technology - Keith has been with the Company for ten years, has a BSME from the University of Connecticut and previous work experience in the HVAC industry.
